Dehydrated Skin

Dehydrated skin is not a skin type as much as it is a condition of the skin. Generally skin that appears lackluster and dull, sallow or "tired," and when pulled taut, it almost seems to wrinkle a bit.

Dehydrated skin doesn't "bounce back" easily and is more prone to congestion (bumps, blackheads) and acne. It can look and feel like dry skin all over your face but it’s often accompanied by a more than normal or even excessive amount of oil on skin’s surface. Simply described, if you feel your skin is dry underneath under an oily layer on top, most likely you have dehydrated skin. Surprising fact: For many people, the skincare products they’re using might be to blame!

How to care for it?

Use gentle hydrating products & drink loads of water to stay hydrated.
