Clogged Pores

Skin has tiny openings on it, through which oil or sebum from the sebaceous glands comes to the surface. These openings can get clogged due to too much secretion of sebum or with dry and dead skin cells.

These also get clogged with normal every day dirt and filth.

Once your pores become clogged, your skin is unable to breathe. The pH balance of the skin is disturbed and your skin is unable to absorb the required amount of moisture. This leads to the outbreak of acne, blackheads and pimples.

How to care for it?

When treating clogged pores, it isn’t enough just to wash the top layer of your skin.

Instead, use special products and treatments that can penetrate deep down into the pores and prevent the build-up of oil and dead skin cells.
